Reviews

“It all sets a sophisticated tone that is reflected in the menu. This is authentic Thai – often blazingly hot. Most dishes can be ordered at four levels of heat. Nothing ordered for this review exceeded level two, and some of it still brought tears to the eyes – but wonderful tears.” - Dallas Morning News

Delicious Food, Great Hospitality & Atmosphere

I love going to Noodle Wave for my favorite Thai Food for the food there is so delicious, the price is right & fair, the atomosphere is great for lovers or for someone who would wants to enjoy a great dinner. The waiters are extremely friendly, caring and nice. The Pad Kea Moa is my wife’s favorite. Their Pad Thai is the best by for I ever had. I tried it at many other Thai’s restaurants and there is no place like Noodle Wave. Their Tom Kha Soup, Garlic Chicken, and Thai Spicy Basil are also good. Don’t forget to try their Tempura Water Spanish appetizer. It?s very different and amazingly GOOOOOOD!!!!! Noodle Wave is definitely worth going to....you will not regret it!! - Jame

My friends and I had a great time there last Friday. Thank god we make the reservatiaon first, or we have to wait in line. The food is beyond my expectation. The Pad Thai is the best I ever had.The Green Curry is exactly medium spicy like the way I want. Don´st forget to try their dessert , Banana Pastry Delight served with two scoop of ice cream, very unique and delicious. The waiters is extremely friendly, caring and nice. Their hospitality and the delicious food is what make me keep going back to Noodle Wave. - Chris

Love Pad Thai, Chicken Noodle Soup

Pad Thai is my favorite. At Noodle Wave, they do it just right. It’s one of the best Pad Thai on my list. In cold weather, don’t forget to try Chicken Noodle Soup. It’s perfect in a cold day. Don’t forget to try Mango Sorbet Ice-cream. It’s incredible. - Julie

Awesome food and great service! - Jane

It was a wonderful experience. the food was great as well as the staff. all in all, I’d say it was THAI-riffic! - Nick

Very good!! A hidden jewel. Brightly colored interior design-very modern with an asain twist. Wait staff are extremely friendly and very accomadating. Child-friendly and casual. Vietnamese summer rolls are a good appetizer and pad kee mow is a great entrée. Don’t be afraid to spice it up a bit; unless you are sensitive to spice, level one is not too spicy at all. The chicken pad Thai would probably be good at level two. If you save room for desert, the cinnamon ice cream is delicious. However if you dislike coconut, beware of the small pieces hidden in the bottom of the ice cream bowl. - Christy

Service has always been extremely good - we eat at noodle wave EVERY Tuesday and it is always good. Best Thai food in the neighborhood - Alexis

Anyone that comes here must try their dessert menu, sometimes I go there just for dessert! Ice cream delight and Fried Banana ice cream is excellent! I recommend Pad Kee Mow, extra spcy, 5 STARS spicy level! Comon’ don’t be a sissy! Good setting for a casual date, prices are reasonable and location is easy access. - Henry

Oh thank you, yelpers, for the review on this! I was in Richardson for a lengthy family visit and thought I’d lose my mind with too much meat and taters cooked by those well meaning folks at home. I convinced them to let me pick up lunch to see if they’d like it. AND BOY DID THEY!?!I was conservative on my ordering, but saw so many wonderful things on their menu. We got red and yellow curries and the pad thai. All were fabulous, exceeding my expectations and my folks are now fans. They were really surprised that this was two blocks from their home. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They invited me to the bar for a glass of tea while I waited. I think there were five people seeking to meet my to-go needs. I was there about 11:30 for my lunch order and there were several business-type folks already enjoying lunch there. The atmosphere inside is surprising as the strip center is just that...a strip center....but inside is a beautiful small restaurant. They had candles on the bar for lunch, too...nice ambiance.I’ll be back every time I come see Dad...he’s sold on it, too. - Kay
